Recruit Training:
This is the boot camp for enlisted personnel, or future NCO's. A usual boot camp lasts anywhere from two hours, to six. RT all depends on how well you listen, and how much you want the title.
If you want to join the Marines, you will attend USMC Parris Island.
At RT, we teach you basic skills such as marksmanship and drill. While boot camp will be very stressful, it's just the beginning. Once done with RT you make a commitment to the clan.
OCS (Officer Candidate School):
This is the boot camp for future officers. OCS is much more challenging than RT, naturally, because you will be the ones leading the clan someday. Just like RT, the time-length depends on how much you want it. At OCS you learn leadership skills, along with some factors of RT.
When you go to make the decision about whether to become enlisted or officer, get your recruiter to help you. That is a very important decision which can't be made on one's own.
