Before you join the USMC, you will have the option of being put on a Delayed Entry Program (Poolee) for a week or two until you get accustomed to clan life. During your time in the DEP you will participate in activities with clan members including matchmaking and custom games. Here is where you decide if the discipline level is right for you.
While in a DEP, you will not be given any training, but we will attempt to get you used to discipline. You will be able to observe how other Marines are treated and how they are expected to act.
In essence, it is a shadow program: To see how you will tolerate the discipline standards. You're not a recruit yet, but you've take your first steps to joining the USMC.
